could someone reup sinking friendships?
Posted 1 year ago # -
Strange!....let's hope the other tabs don't go awal too.
Here is another link, which should work for the time being.
http://www.mediafire.com/file/n2quc4k9bnogzcu/SinkingFriendshipsII.pdf
Also, Saeglopur, this is probably a tad late (sorry!)....but did you try manually renaming
the file to .gp5? I tabbed it out in GP6, which should be backward compatible...but
perhaps it doesn't work the other way. In any case, the PDF should work just fine. :)Posted 1 year ago # -

I'm going to try playing some of this on piano and see what its like, piano is the only instrument I can at the moment. I have a (left handed) guitar but because I'm left handed, I have to reverse things round kind of and it gets on my nerves so I give up :( I'm planning on buying a ukelele from a shop very close to me, it's only £20 so why not. My friend also owns a ukelele so I will ask him if he can teach me anything :)

Oh, I wish I knew more songs by Jónsi. So far I've only got "Tornado".. Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how you see it, I only know a few Sigur Rós songs. Sæglópur, Hoppípolla, Ára Bátur, Glósóli (my personal favorite by far!) and last but not least, Fljótavik. :-) All played on piano.

I figured out a bastardized version of Illgresi for the guitar. Really really simplified, and I know I'm mixing guitar parts (the high and low), but I don't care ;) It sounds just fine when I play it for myself, as long as no one else can hear!

Rosega, could you post the chords for that? :P
