I've just promised myself to add my 9th and 10th languages to the "collection". Arabic and Portuguese shall be spoken decent/well before July. Anyone else who's tempted for a challenge? :)
What languages do you know?

I am still struggling with my primary language. As I have said before, you expert poly-linguists have me bug-eyed with amazement!
Meanwhile, here's an article outlining just some grammatical fissures I am sure I fall into without even realizing. Primary school stuff for Oisin, certainly.

Ooooohhhhh moe - this is fun stuff for me!! Thanks for the link!! I'm sure I make these mistakes all the time. Here's one that gets on my nerves - when people use a comma after the name of their husband/wife. That is a no-no!! I learned in my lone year of college that it is "My husband so-and-so," not "My husband, so-and-so," because you only have one, and now whenever I see that mistake it gets on my nerves so bad!! After a child's name if you have more than one, yes. If you only have one, no. Writer's workshop and on-line classes, too!! Cool!! =D And guess what... Since my latest Manic Street Preachers re-obsession, I'm wanting to learn Welsh... Just cause they're from Wales and the name of Nicky's street is Allt-yr-yn.
