- Lettuce + Home made olive oil and vinaigrette pepper dressing.
- This quinoa recipe, only using red peppers and a dash of curry powder and sweet red peppers to make it more suitable to my husbands dead taste buds (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/11/07/health/nutrition/07recipehealth.html)
- Mixed black berries, rasberries, and blueberries with home made vanilla whipped cream
- Two glasses of white wine, a pinot gris well chilled.
