the dates for jónsi’s second and final us ‘go’ album tour have been confirmed on the concerts page. the dates will go on exclusive pre-sale here on jonsi.com between tues – fri next week (july 27- 30).

this amazing show has drawn plaudits to equal – and possibly even eclipse – sigur rós’s own fearsome live reputation and has to be seen to be believed. check out the video below for proof.

  things have been moving on apace with the film we are making of sigur rós’s final concerts in london in november 2008, and we are currently finalising two exclusive work-in-progress edits of songs from the project with all people buying tickets for jónsi’s shows, direct from the computer of director vincent morisset (arcade fire’s ‘miroir noir’, etc) himself.’ these edits will be delivered to ticket purchasers via email.
